We pack and send orders within 1–2 business days. All parcels are shipped in compostable satchels with biodegradable stickers, with minimal extras - just pop the packaging straight into your green bin.

We’ll always do our best to get your order on its way quickly. Standard is our eco-friendly, cost-conscious option, and express is there if you need it faster.

PREORDERS

All pre order items are shipped free.

If your order contains a preorder item, we will hold your entire order until all items are ready to dispatch together. If you’d like in-stock items sooner, please place them as a separate order.

Preorder dispatch dates are estimates only and can change due to unforeseen delays. We appreciate your patience — Mowgli + Eve cannot take responsibility for any delays once your order is shipped.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME

We aim to pack and ship all orders within 1–3 business days.

Once dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

During busy seasons (e.g. sales, holidays), please allow a little extra time for dispatch and transit.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

If you’re ordering internationally, please be aware that you may incur local customs fees, import taxes, or other additional charges. If you refuse these fees or provide an incorrect address and your package is returned or abandoned, we cannot refund or reship your order. Please double-check all information before placing your order — once it’s shipped, we cannot cancel or refund it.

CHANGE OF MIND

You can return any full-priced item for a refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

We offer free returns within 14 days on all full-priced items — because we know buying for little ones online can be tricky.

Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or Afterpay). Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for this to appear.

Please note: sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

FAULTY ITEMS

We thoroughly check all items before shipping. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email hello@mowgliandeve.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

EXCHANGES

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund or store credit and place a new order.

RETURNS WITH AFTERPAY

Returns for orders placed with Afterpay work the same way. We’ll issue a refund or store credit once we receive your return. Your scheduled Afterpay payments will continue until the order is paid off.
