CHANGE OF MIND

You can return any full-priced item for a refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. We’ll process your refund back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or Afterpay). Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for this to appear.

Please note: sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

FAULTY ITEMS

We thoroughly check all items before shipping. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email hello@mowgliandeve.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

EXCHANGES

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund or store credit and place a new order.

HOW TO RETURN

Please use tracked shipping — we can’t take responsibility for lost parcels. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund or store credit.

RETURNS WITH AFTERPAY

Returns for orders placed with Afterpay work the same way. We’ll issue a refund or store credit once we receive your return. Your scheduled Afterpay payments will continue until the order is paid off.
