DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. We currently ship to New Zealand, the US, Canada and the UK. If your country is not included on that list, please email us at hello@mowgliandeve.shop and we will do our best to help.
Shipping is a flat rate of $25 AUD, or free on orders over $250 AUD. Customs or import fees may apply — these are the buyer’s responsibility.

WHAT SIZES DO YOU STOCK?
Most pieces come in sizes 6–12 months to 7 years. Check the size information on each product page, or contact us if you’d like help choosing a size.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Yes. You can return full-priced items for a refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. See our Returns Policy for full details.

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund or store credit, then place a new order.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
Email hello@mowgliandeve.shop within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the fault. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
DO YOU OFFER AFTERPAY?
Yes. You can split your payment with Afterpay at checkout.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEMS?
Our pieces are mostly made from natural fibres like organic cotton, linen, or denim. We recommend cold machine wash, line dry, and avoiding tumble drying or harsh detergents. See our Care page for more information.
WILL YOU RESTOCK SOLD-OUT ITEMS?
Not always. Our pieces are produced in small batches, so we encourage you to shop early if you love something. Join our email list and follow us on Instagram to stay updated on restocks and new releases.
