TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using this website and placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

ORDERING & CONTRACT

When you place an order, we’ll require your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and payment details.  This information is needed to process your order and keep you updated.  Once you’ve completed your order online, you’ll receive an order confirmation email — this confirms we’ve received your request, but it is not yet acceptance of your order.  Your order is only accepted once it’s processed and dispatched.  We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorised payment, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or other issues.  If your order is cancelled after payment, we’ll issue a full refund back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

CURRENCY

All prices on our site are displayed in AUD (Australian Dollars) unless otherwise noted.  Prices don’t include international duties, taxes, or customs fees — these are the buyer’s responsibility.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards, PayPal, and Afterpay at checkout.  Your payment information is securely encrypted — we never store your card details.

PREORDERS

Preorders have estimated arrival dates and may change due to unforeseen delays outside our control.  By ordering a preorder item, you accept that these dates may shift.  Mowgli + Eve is not liable for preorder delays and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied — whether it’s the wrong size, colour, or just a change of mind — you can return full-priced items for a refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition

Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.  Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method or issue store credit — please allow 3–5 business days for this to appear.  Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide — please see our Shipping Info page for rates and estimated delivery times.  Shipping times may vary and are estimates only.  Mowgli + Eve is not responsible for delays once your order is with the courier.

PRODUCT IMAGES

We do our best to show products as accurately as possible.  Due to screen variations and photography, some items — especially colour — may appear slightly different in person.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Mowgli + Eve is not liable for any indirect loss, delays, or damages related to using this website or purchasing from us.
